This perpetual Spinach is native to New Zealand with this variety having unusual shaped, pointed rosettes. It is very easy to grow and extremely popular with lots of culinary uses, where pan frying, steaming or popping in one pot stir fries. The younger leaves are also perfect to be used in green salads.

Grows to around 30cm and harvest the leaves as required.
