One of our favourites, really easy to grow, bags of seeds and very productive.

It is great for mixed salad bowls as it long oak shaped leaves with a really meaty texture. Known as Lingua di Canarino or Canary's Tongue

It can be sown as both an early and a late crop, sowing outside from February to December and then harvest from March to November.

Sow very thinly directly into warm soil.

Thin out as necessary.
