Lemon Balm is a perennial herbal plant and has a wonderful lemon fragrance. Try using as a garnish for ice-creams, cocktails or use the dried leaves to make herbal tea.

Use as an ornamental herb to help attract bees into the garden.

Sow from March and it is ready to be harvested about three months after sowing.
