At The Worm that Turned, we want you to be delighted with your garden and home essentials. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
